It is with sadness that we share the news of the death of our former Priest-in-Charge, the Rev Jim Geen, last weekend (26-27 September 2026).
Fr Jim served as our Priest-in-Charge from 2017 to 2023 at a pivotal moment as we discerned our ministry as an independent charge. He brought a dedication to faith and prayer that helped to nourish and grow our congregation and his commitment to pastoral care and quick sense of humour soon made him a friend to many in the wider Maybole and Carrick community.
At this time details of the funeral service are yet to be confirmed.
Rest eternal grant unto him, O Lord, and let light perpetual shine upon him.
May he rest in peace and rise in glory.
